Therapy for Women

You spend so much of your life caring for others. Therapy can be a place where you are cared for too.

Women often carry many roles and expectations at once - daughter, wife, mother, friend, professional, caregiver, and follower of Christ. Trying to meet every expectation can contribute to anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling disconnected from who you are beneath everything you do.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, be honest, and bring the parts of your life that feel messy, overwhelming, or difficult into the light.

My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic-informed practices to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and internal patterns. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

Because faith is foundational to this work, we’ll also explore what it means to understand your identity through Christ rather than through achievement, appearance, relationships, motherhood, or other roles you carry.

You don’t have to earn your worth. You don’t have to carry everything. You are already deeply loved by God.
